HotRod - You executed the most perfect three point landing I have ever witnessed. Visions of the Spruce Goose kept flashing through my mind. Though I have to admit, you were more graceful in flight even if the landing was a little premature.
That sounds cruel to me, the fall ain't bad but my landings SUCK! if that was zip line practice, then I'll watch while Jim and Paw show me how its done.
Paw - We gotta use HotRod's patented 3-point landing in a game somehow. I think maybe he was practicing for the zip-line at Meramec. Don't need no stinking landing pad just a few rocks and a little asphalt.
Jim, Route 66 Trikers, are going to put on the trike games also. Will it maybe just me, and Hotrod, putting them on? It's going to be a fun filled week-in for sure. Can't wait.....I think Sheri, and I with Hotrod, are going up Friday. Paw's just Jawin'
Paw - Everyone is up for a "road trip" so here is their chance. Donnie and Virginia were part of BTW even before there was a BTW. They know what family is all about. You won't find two nicer people any where and getting to know them alone makes the trip worth while.
The newest Missouri Chapter is having their first trike meet in a couple of weeks. I know that HotRod, Jerry, Sherry, Lady and I will be attending. Would be great to get as many members as possible to attend. It is a bit of a trip but I can guarantee you that you won't be sorry you made it.
August 27-28 is the 1st Border Line Trikers Trike-In at Moore/Gosch Park, one mile north of Lineville, Iowa on Hwy 65. There are 20 sites with water/electric and lots of shade trees. Camping is $10/night for tents or motorhomes. Sat. AM biscuits and gravy, lunch ride and ice cream bug run. Our purpose is to have fun with trikers on both sides of the line. Jim and Lady will be there. Call Donnie 641-344-4903 for details.
Sheri, and I can't wait ( so come on everyone ) and let's go. Maw & Paw
