Just took Lady to town for a Dr appointment and stopped by Walmart. Not a lot of people there and about 1/2 their staff had called in stuck. Al & Marilyn were there and headed for Springfield. Seems Al is going to have surgery on his knee again. No cars in the ditch anywhere but the roads were in pretty bad shape. Someone was waiting out the storm, in their motorhome, in Walmart's parking lot. Since I-44 was closed west of Springfield, they probably had a change of plans. Proud of you Dale for restraining yourslef from making any negative comments about the ol' bats. Everything you said was gospel, so that don't count as bad-mouthing.
WELL, HOW ARE YA'LL DOIN AFTER THAT ONE AND ARE YA'LL KEEPIN WARM. WE WERE VERY FORTUNATE FOR SURE. WE ONLY GOT RAIN, BUT WE DIDN'T DODGE THE COLD AND WIND. HEARD THE OLE GROUND HOG SAYS WE'RE HAVIN AN EARLY SPRING AND THE STEELERS ARE TO WIN THE SUPERBOWL. WELL, IF THE STEELERS WIN THE SUPERBOWL, I'LL FEEL A LITTLE MORE CONFIDENT ON HIS EARLY SPRING DEAL. SURE HOPE YA'LL ARE KEEPIN WARM AND THE STORM DIDN'T DO YA TO BAD. YA'LL HAVE A GREAT DAY
I CAN'T BELEIVE, I SAID ALL THAT WITHOUT SAYIN SOMETHIN NAUGHTY ABOUT THEM DIRTY, ROTTEN, LOWDOWN LIKE A SNAKE, BUG EATIN, GUANO DROPIN, BLOND BATS I'M FEELIN BETTER ABOUT MYSELF "NOW"
