Lady and I can't stand it any longer. We are headed for Meramec, Gotta see that zip line first hand. Might even sneak in a pre-flight test. Can't beleive that the only ol' bat that is brave enough to test the waters is Fern. Sure we can count on Granny to have the coffee on when we get there. Rosie, don't know about the Wi-Fi up there. Hell, they just discovered cell phone last year. Maybe if you stand in the middle of the parking lot on that big X they have there, you can use your laptop, or not!!!!!!
YA RIGHT, A WIRELESS ZIPLINE. LOL HEY, I UNDERSTAND THAT EYE MAKE-UP IS MADE OF BAT CRAP & THAT'S NO JOKE I ALWAYS WONDERED WHY THE GALS HAD SUCH CRAPPY LOOKIN EYES ONE THING ABOUT IT, THEY DON'T HAVE TO LOOK TO SEE IF THEY FORGOT TO PUT THEIR EYE CRAP ON, JUST SNIFF OH IT'S GONNA BE SUCH A GREAT WEEKEND
Looking at KY3 this morning looks like we might just sneak right through the rain! Looks like it's going to fizzle out after it leaves the Springfield area, plus it's headed in a south easterly pattern - bats don't like the rain either. Our road captain knows how to keep us dry - we just have to trust in his guiding powers - or maybe it's cause he's got a bat riding behind him, too. Just cause she gave away her bat wings doesn't mean she's home free! And that's my !
Hey Jim - do you know if they have wireless up there? I'd take my laptop if they did -- the web site doesn't say.
Damn, I just hate it when the rain washes off my mascara. It fills in all the winkles in my face and makes me look like a coal miner after a long day in the mine. Gina, what color eye liner do you recommend for zip-lining? I am thinking a nice chartruse so we don't clash with the tree tops as we fly over. I'm sure Maw and Paw are already there. Paw is probably stoking up the camp fire already, so the ol' bats have some nice juicy bugs circling round, Sheri will be warming up the griddles for pancakes and since Grany and Jack Bob are already there too, I presume Granny will have the coffee pot brewing and Jack Bob will just be smilin' cause he has the gift that keeps on giving. Come to think of it, that is probably why Granny is always up early to make coffee. Only way she can get Jack Bob to sleep. I know Rosie and the rest of the ol' bats are looking forward to checking out the cave to see if any of their long lost relatives are living there.Gonna be a great time!!!
We're ready too.. Hope the weather holds out. But if it don't, we'll just be ducks together. But I'll warn ya, rain and make-up don't mix to well so, it won't be pretty lol..
Zip-a-dee-doo-dah zip-a-dee-ay Plenty of zipping headed our way Dale in his wet pants Bob is feeling OK Zip-a-dee-doo-dah zip-a-dee-ay Ol' Rosie is snockered Grannies well on the way Zip-a-dee-doo-dah zip-a-dee-ay Missouri State Reunion just a few days away Zip-a-dee-doo-dah zip-a-dee-ay
Probably depends on how much enzyte Denise let BobbyJack order from the TV. I'll be sure to ask when we get there on Friday -- BobbyJack can't keep a secret.
I told you guys that Granny was great. Now she is going up a week early to check out the zip line for us. She will know all the in and outs, not to mention the ups and downs, by the time we get there. Way to go Granny! Now, I guess the next question would be is Bob a high flyer or a grounded chicken?
Jack and I are so anxious to go that we're leaving tomorrow(Monday). We decided to spend the whole week up there. Can't wait to see everyone, even Dale and Jim!! Everyone ride safe.
