Hndg - Sounds like a meal fit for a king or at least a Golden Retriever. Asking a ground hog about the weather makes about as much sense as asking an ol' bat if the fish are biting. Never seen a ground hog or an ol' bat that could read the Farmers Almanac and, unless you read one, you got no idea what is really going on in the world. Not much meat on an ol' bat though. Would probably be a waste of time to throw one in a pot. Though I do have to admit, a few of them could use the bath.

Yes I guess that it is nice when you don't have to go to work and since I don't it's nice to be in the house and warm and just look out at it....the beach was nice but I do dislike the sand and thank you it is nice to be back around friendly people....hope to see you at the meeting the 20th if the snow alows it....

Better yet, have any of you guys been able to find your ol bat another job? The economy is getting rough all over and good jobs are getting hard to find. I got the statement on my pension check yesterday and they took out another $50 in federal taxes. No more than they are giving me, I should qualify for welfare, not more taxes. I'm hoping that McDonals will put on a thrid shift soon. I am already teaching Lady how to say "Would you like to super-size that order?"
